Support

We read every message.

Email [email protected] and we'll get back to you within a few business days. Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead โ€” that's usually enough for us to find it.

Before you write

These four cover most of what people run into. If one of them fixes it, you're done.

A keyboard shortcut stopped working

macOS needs to grant MightyMouse permission to watch for shortcuts, and that grant can drop after an update. Open System Settings โ†’ Privacy & Security โ†’ Accessibility, switch MightyMouse off and back on, then quit and reopen the app. Do the same under Screen Recording if screen capture is the part that stopped.

The phone remote won't connect

Your phone and your Mac need to be on the same Wi-Fi network. Check that both are, then reopen the remote from the app and scan the code again. If your network blocks devices from seeing each other โ€” common on guest, office, and hotel Wi-Fi โ€” the remote can't reach your Mac, and a personal hotspot from your phone is the quickest way around it.

Nothing happens when I ask for something

MightyMouse runs on an AI backend you connect. Open Settings and confirm one is set up and signed in. If you're using credits, check the balance in your account at app.getmightymouse.com โ€” requests stop when it reaches zero.

Billing, credits, and refunds

Manage your plan and see your balance at app.getmightymouse.com. Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy โ€” the short version is that unused credits are refundable within 14 days, and we fix billing errors in full.

Delete your account or your data

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll delete it. What MightyMouse stores and where is spelled out in the Privacy Policy โ€” most of it never leaves your Mac.
