Where Omnara is the better pick
If your entire workflow is the agent session itself, Omnara is more purpose-built for it than MightyMouse. It has two-way voice conversation with the agent, a dedicated diff review screen, and a cloud-sync path that hands a session between your laptop and a cloud machine so work continues even if your laptop goes offline. MightyMouse has none of that hand-off - it is one phone talking to one Mac that has to stay on.
Omnara is also open source under Apache 2.0 and can be self-hosted, which MightyMouse is not.
