MightyMouse

MightyMouse vs T3 Code

Both put your coding agents on your phone. MightyMouse also puts the Mac there.

Short answer: T3 Code is a free, open source (MIT) app that runs Claude Code and Codex on your computer, with iPhone and Android apps to follow along. MightyMouse does that job on a Mac and adds Cursor and OpenCode, lock-screen approvals, agents that keep going with the lid closed, and the whole Mac on your phone: live screen, trackpad, keyboard and free voice typing.

T3 Code, from Theo Browne, is a fast, free app for running coding agents on your own computer. It gives each thread its own copy of the project, shows the changed files, opens a pull request, and pairs with phone apps over a QR code. It is open source under MIT and has a large, active community.

MightyMouse covers the same agent loop on the Mac. Agents in their own branch, changes, pull request and merge, undo to an earlier message. The difference is what the phone can reach. T3 Code's phone apps talk to the agent. MightyMouse's phone remote talks to the whole Mac, agent included.

Where T3 Code is the better pick

T3 Code is free and open source, so you can read every line, fork it and run it anywhere, including Windows and Linux. MightyMouse is closed source and Mac only.

If all you want from your phone is the agent conversation, T3 Code does that well and costs nothing.

Where MightyMouse is the better pick

Your phone reaches the whole Mac. A permission dialog, a browser tab, a build that hung outside the terminal: open the phone and you have the live screen, a trackpad and the keyboard.

Answer without opening anything. An agent's question lands on your lock screen. Approve it with Face ID and put the phone down.

More agents, one place. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and OpenCode run side by side, and voice typing works in every app on the Mac, for free.

Coming from Conductor

T3 Code and MightyMouse are both common picks now that Conductor is joining Meta. MightyMouse also lists your Conductor workspaces under From Conductor so you can continue them. See MightyMouse vs Conductor and how to move from Conductor.

Common questions

Do I need an AI subscription?

No. Connect a Claude, Codex, Gemini or OpenCode account you already pay for and MightyMouse costs nothing. Have none? Sign up and use the built in option, no card needed. Voice transcription is free either way because it runs on your Mac.

Is T3 Code free?

Yes. T3 Code is free and open source under the MIT license. You bring your own Claude or Codex plan.

Can I use both?

Yes. Many people keep T3 Code for the agent threads and use MightyMouse to reach the Mac itself from the phone, with trackpad, keys and voice typing.
